All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, and deliveries from UAE to Pakistan typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. We offer free shipping on orders over PKR 15,000, while standard shipping fees apply to smaller orders and are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can easily follow your order’s progress. Please note that international deliveries may experience slight delays due to customs or public holidays.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Certain products such as accessories, intimate wear, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days. For damaged or wrong items, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
